This is the ham and tomato sandwich I made for Bryan's lunch today. The photo is a little blurred and now it has been eaten I can't rephotograph it.
Butter a slice of bread and layer it with sliced ham.
Top it with a second piece of buttered bread.
Add a layer of sliced tomato and cover with chopped chives.
Grind some salt and pepper over and top with the third slice of buttered bread.
Cut in half and eat.
