Salmon Salad

Here's my favourite lunch time salad.

A layer of sliced telegraph cucumber
A few tiny squares of fetta cheese
A couple of slivers of smoked salmon
A few slices of red onion
A flutter of leaves of flat leaf parsley
A drizzle of olive and and a sprinkle of Maldon  salt
