SUMMER SALAD
2 Avacado peeled and diced
1 Lebanese cucumber
3 tomatoes
2 tablespoons black olives
1/2 red onion sliced
1/4 preserved lemon, diced
Place prepared salad ingredients into a bowl and toss through with dressing.

olive oil, lemon juice, salt, 1clove crushed garlic
