Do you like scallops? I don't. I'm probably one of the few people in the world who doesn't. But this man has changed my mind.
..and here it is,, step by step, as Tetsuya put it together.
This week, along * with a group * of * food * bloggers * from * around * Australia, I was entertained by Tetsuya as he demonstrated this dish and others, in his especially designed Electrolux Masterclass kitchen. To complete the evening, we then sat down to Tetsuya's famous degustation dinner, complete with matching wines.
Firstly a few photos of my evening. Then thanks to Electrolux, I'm giving winosandfoodies' readers the chance to win a trip to Sydney to attend a Masterclass experience with Tetsuya.
