A few months back I received an email from a PR company asking if I'd be interested in receiving products for review on my blog. I agreed on the understanding I would be free to express my own opinions.
Reading the information that came with them I was intrigued with their nifty little gadget which allows you to go to their website and track the history of your purchase. By entering the barcode you can find out where and when it was made and by whom, the ingredients and how it was made.
Over the weekend I tried the products out on the family. Both passed our family taste test. And my family is fussy and know good from ordinary. The tomato sauce has a much more vinegar taste than regular tomato sauce to the point of being more like a chutney. And the jam was a success on some scones from the freezer.
