I can't tell you how good this was. A perfect combination of flavours. The sweetness of the grilled mango, the saltiness of the prosciutto, the heat of the chili infused sour cream and a little tartness from a squeeze of lime. I ate it for breakfast.
I haven't participated in Hay Hay Its Donna Day for awhile. However this week I'm bundle of energy as it is my week off treatment.

There is no recipe. You just sprinkle some sugar on the mango cheeks and place under the grill. When it's ready take it out and serve with some prosciutto, a wedge of lime and some sour cream mixed with a little chili sauce.
